My postal address has changed. How do I update it on Skrill account?

You can change your registered address within the same country via the Settings > Personal details section in your Skrill account.

If you’ve moved from one country within the EEA (European Economic Area) to another, Skrill can update your details without a proof of address – simply contact us by clicking on the available contact channel below.

If at least one of the countries (from which or to which you are moving) is outside the EEA, Skrill will need you to send an EMAIL to assist with the correction.

Because of PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliance requirements, credit card statements will not be accepted for verification purposes even if they display all the required information.
